Refund & Cancellation
1. Scope
This policy applies to paid courses and workshops listed on robee.digital. Prices are shown in KRW. Free resources and informational content are not covered.
2. Cooling-Off Period
For distance contracts under Korean consumer protection rules, you may cancel within 14 days of payment if the course has not started and digital materials have not been substantially accessed. Contact us in writing with your enrollment reference.
3. Full Refund Conditions
Full refunds apply when we cancel a cohort, when you cancel within the cooling-off window above, or when technical failure on our side prevents access for more than 72 consecutive hours after start date.
4. Partial Refunds
If you withdraw after materials are released but before 25% of live sessions have occurred, we may offer a 50% credit toward a future cohort within six months, at our discretion. No partial cash refund after 25% completion except as required by law.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Completed mentorship packs, delivered audit reports, and workshop days already conducted are non-refundable. Third-party exam fees and software licenses you purchase separately are not refundable by Robee Digital.
6. Refund Process
Email [email protected] with your name, program, payment date, and reason. We confirm within 5 business days and process approved refunds within 10 business days to the original payment method where possible.
7. Cancellations and Exceptions
You may transfer enrollment to a colleague once per program with 7 days notice before start. Force majeure events may reschedule programs; you may choose a refund or transfer if rescheduled dates do not work. Korean consumer rights that cannot be waived remain in effect.
