General Terms
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing robee.digital and enrolling in programs offered by Robee Digital, you agree to these General Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services or submit enrollment requests.
2. Services Description
Robee Digital provides online and workshop-based training in lookalike audience strategy and related marketing topics. Course descriptions, schedules, and pricing are informational. We reserve the right to update curricula, instructors, and formats with reasonable notice to enrolled participants.
3. Account and Enrollment
You must provide accurate contact information when requesting enrollment or support. You are responsible for safeguarding access credentials we issue. Misrepresentation of identity or affiliation may result in cancellation without refund where permitted by law.
4. Intellectual Property
All course materials, templates, recordings, and branding remain the property of Robee Digital or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use during and after enrollment as stated in each program description. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of materials is prohibited without written consent.
5. User Conduct
Participants must not harass instructors or peers, share unlawful content, or attempt to disrupt platforms we use for delivery. We may remove participants from live sessions who violate these standards; refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, Robee Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our site or courses. Our total liability for any claim related to a paid program is limited to the amount you paid for that program in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, courts in Gyeonggi-do shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you.
8. Modifications and Termination
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Sections on intellectual property, liability, and governing law survive termination.
